Five tips for using an air fryer
1. Shake it.
When food is "fried" in the basket of the machine, be sure to open the air fryer and shake them smaller foods such as French fries and fries can be compressed. For best results, please rotate every 5-10 minutes.
2. Don't overcrowd.
Give food enough space so that the air can circulate effectively; this is the reason for giving you crispy results. Our test kitchen chefs swear by snacks and small batches of the air fryer.
3. Spray the food.
Lightly spray the food with cooking spray or just add a little oil to make sure they don’t stick to the basket.
4. Keep it dry.
Pat food dry before cooking (for example, if they have been marinated) to avoid splashes and excessive smoke. Similarly, when cooking high-fat foods such as chicken wings, be sure to regularly empty the fat in the bottom machine.
5. Master other cooking methods.
The air fryer is not just for frying; it is also suitable for other healthy cooking methods such as baking, roasting and grilling. Our test kitchen also likes to use this machine to cook salmon!
